Meet Christine In
early 2000, a colleague of mine brought me an article that appeared in Fortune magazine. "This is you," she said, "you are a
coach." I had never heard the term before but I read the article with great
interest. I've always seen myself as a catalyst for change. I've long been
committed to self-growth and evolution. As I looked at myself, I began to realize that my friend was right. I began my education at Coach U in order to pursue coaching as a profession. The results have been phenomenal! Each time I've worked with a new person, I've had the joy of watching them grow - and assisting in their efforts to build their life and legacy. I recall the young executive who had a true desire to excel in her position. Because of extensive self-doubt and lack of confidence she continually portrayed a weak image which undermined her position. It was quite a thrill to hear her say, "Everything I've learned from our sessions has allowed me to bring forth the natural leader within me. I now feel fully prepared to manage with authority." I truly have one of the most miraculous jobs in the world. I get to help people like you achieve their dreams. My life has always been about discovery and bringing tools that I find along the way to others, helping them open their own doors. Since I read that life-changing article, I have completed almost three years of training with Coach U, the largest coach training program in the world. I am also an active member of the International Coach Federation, a founding member of CoachVille and a member of the Graduate School of Coaching. In my community, I launched a Life Makeover Group based on the program established by fellow Coach U graduate, Cheryl Richardson. I have worked in development for over a decade, which makes me uniquely qualified to coach fundraisers. I was Director of Development Research at a large public university during the preparation and initial years of a billion dollar capital campaign. In that position, my team served over 150 development officers. I was responsible for establishing and overseeing all aspects of a proactive research operation, including major donor identification, evaluation and prospect management. During that time I developed a confidentiality policy that was adopted throughout the university development and alumni offices. I concluded the successful campaign as Director of Development in one of the academic units. In addition, I served on the board of directors for the Association of Professional Researchers for Advancement (APRA), an international professional organization for prospect researchers from 1995-2001. Coaching makes a difference. . . a powerful one! It would be my pleasure to provide you with a complimentary session. Simply contact me to make an appointment.
